The project
With over 30 million patches sold, Luminas had built a strong portfolio of wellness and pain relief brands, including Staminapro. However, their setup across 2 BigCommerce stores created operational complexity, duplicated tools, and inefficiencies. They approached us looking to unify everything under one roof to simplify operations and create a scalable foundation for their subscription program growth.
The approach
We kicked things off with a full Discovery to map out all technical and operational requirements. From there, we defined a clear 3 month roadmap to migrate both stores into a single Shopify Plus environment. The focus was on consolidating apps, simplifying processes, and rebuilding the storefront with a custom premium theme while ensuring a smooth transition with little to no SEO loss.

Luminas was running duplicate tools across 2 stores, including subscriptions, email marketing, and analytics. We streamlined their entire stack by consolidating everything into single accounts per app. This reduced costs, simplified management, and created a unified source of truth for customer and order data.

Our development team built a dynamic branding system within the theme. Based on the URL and template, the site automatically displays the “Staminapro Charge by Luminas” branding. This allowed Luminas to maintain distinct brand identities for their specific ICPs within one store while keeping a consistent backend structure.
The results
Over the course of 3 months, we successfully migrated Luminas and Staminapro from 2 BigCommerce stores into 1 Shopify Plus storefront. The project included subscription migration from Recharge to Loop, payment processor consolidation, custom theme development, and full data migration with SEO safe redirects. The result is a streamlined, high performing store built for long term growth.
