The project

Bryan approached us with two clear goals. First, he wanted to modernize the look and feel of his store so it matched the premium quality of his products. Second, he needed help implementing three long-planned features that had never made it off the to-do list: a loyalty program, a custom etching feature, and a wholesale experience that could handle growing demand. He had the ideas, but not the bandwidth or the technical structure to bring them to life.

The approach

We partnered with Big Wine Glasses in a year-long CRO and UX overhaul that began with a full retheme to set a stronger foundation. With a cleaner, faster theme in place, we used heatmaps, analytics, and customer behavior patterns to guide our monthly improvements. Alongside ongoing optimization, we rolled out three major features: a Stamped loyalty program, a custom etching system powered by Zakeke, and a streamlined wholesale flow designed for bulk orders.

Big Wine Glasses was already using Stamped for reviews, so we expanded that foundation into a complete loyalty engine. We analyzed purchase frequency, repeat behavior, and top SKUs to define earning and redemption rules that made sense for their customers. From setup to UI integration, we built a dedicated rewards page and tied the program into key touch points across the storefront, giving customers clear reasons to keep coming back.

To support a growing demand for gifting and business orders, we implemented custom laser etching directly on the PDP using Zakeke. Our team handled the entire setup, from configuration to UI integration, so customers could personalize glasses with custom text or images. This feature turned the product into a canvas, opening the door to unique gifts and fully branded glassware for events and corporate clients.

The results

After a year of consistent optimization and feature development, the store saw measurable lifts across the board: returning customers rose by 36%, average order value increased by 35%, and gross profit climbed by 29%. Most importantly, the overall shopping experience became smoother, faster, and more aligned with how customers actually browse, customize, and buy.
