How big is your agency?

We currently have 12 people on our team, spread out in North and South America.

How much does it cost for us to build your Shopify site?

That’s like asking, how much does it cost to build a house? The answer is, it depends. How many rooms? Does it have a pool? Get in touch, we’ll talk and create an action plan specific to your needs.

How long does it take to build a site?

The timing varies from project to project and can take anywhere from 1 – 6 months, depending on the scope of work.

Do you offer support after building the site?

Yes we do! We have different packages depending on your needs.

Are all the portfolio sites made by Colored Byte?

Yes, they are all examples of our work, as we made them. However, sometimes the live version may differ from what’s shown here, as e-commerce is a living thing.

Do you only work with Shopify?

Yes, we only work with Shopify and Shopify Plus.

Do you offer paid advertising support?

We do not but can refer you to partners that specialize in this area. At the moment, the only marketing service we offer is email marketing through Klaviyo.

Do I need an email list to start with Klaviyo?

No! There are a lot of flows and campaigns that can be set up before having an email list, like abandoned cart or a welcome series.
